Carol brings more than 25 years of management experience and over 10 years of mohs surgery experience to Gulf Surgical Dermatology. Beginning her medical career as a Certified Medical Assistant in 2015, Carol developed a passion for patient care and operational excellence that continues to guide her leadership today.

As Office Manager, Carol oversees the daily clinical and administrative operations of the practice, ensuring patients receive exceptional care in a welcoming, efficient, and comfortable environment. Her unique combination of management expertise and hands-on clinical experience allows her to support every aspect of the patient experience.

 

Carol’s favorite part of her role is helping patients feel comfortable and supported during what can be a stressful process. She is passionate about creating a positive experience for every patient and takes pride in ensuring each individual receives compassionate, high-quality care from their first phone call through the completion of their treatment.

Outside of work, Carol enjoys spending time with her family, relaxing at the beach, and enjoying days on the water boating along the Gulf Coast.
